Recently, a delegation of clients from Malaysia traveled a long distance across borders to visit our factory for on-site inspections and business negotiations. To ensure the smooth progress of the visit, our factory established a dedicated reception team in advance, making meticulous preparations from multiple dimensions, taking into account Malaysian cultural customs and the clients' needs. The meeting room was thoughtfully furnished with halal refreshments and bilingual materials, and the production workshop was divided into safe and clearly marked visitor routes. Bilingual (Chinese-English/Chinese-Malaysian) interpreters and technical explanations were provided throughout the visit, demonstrating respect for the distinguished guests and sincerity in cooperation. Accompanied by our factory's general manager, the delegation visited the R&D center, production workshop, quality inspection laboratory, and warehousing area, gaining an in-depth understanding of the product's production process and core advantages along the entire chain of "technology R&D → manufacturing → quality control → warehousing and logistics." In the quality inspection laboratory, technicians demonstrated the entire quality control process from raw material testing to finished product delivery. Through authoritative testing reports and practical demonstrations, the client gained a direct understanding of the product's quality assurance system.
Following the visit, a dedicated business negotiation meeting was held in the conference room. At the meeting, our factory comprehensively introduced its development history, cooperation models, pricing system, and market layout through a bilingual (Chinese and English) promotional video and PowerPoint presentation. This client, who had previously ordered gearboxes and ball mill retaining rings from us, was primarily there to inspect the motors for the equipment. He expressed great satisfaction with our product quality and service. They shared their sales channels, target customer groups, and cooperation expectations in the Malaysian market. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on core issues such as product customization, bulk supply, and after-sales support, clarifying the next steps for cooperation and the coordination plan.
