Recently, Omar, a client from a cement plant in Africa, flew to China to visit our factory and observe the manufacturing processes for our ball mill end covers and girth gears. With installation hole positioning accuracy of ≤0.05mm and spigot fit tolerances of ≤0.03mm, they achieve a seamless interface with the ball mill shell. Crafted from high-manganese steel, these end covers offer wear resistance far superior to that of ordinary carbon steel products, extending their service life by 2 to 3 years. Our girth gears are produced using high-precision CNC machining processes, featuring high tooth-surface finishes and precise meshing; they ensure smooth operation with minimal noise, effectively enhancing the ball mill's transmission efficiency and reducing equipment wear.
