Sri Lankan Cement Plant Client Visits Our Company to Deepen Cooperation on Mill Wear Parts

Recently, a maintenance manager from a renowned cement plant in Sri Lanka visited our company for a site tour and business discussions. The two parties held in-depth exchanges regarding past collaborative achievements and future potential opportunities. Our Business Manager, Ms. Gloria, and her team warmly received the guests and participated in the talks.

During the meeting, Gloria provided a comprehensive introduction to our company's development history, technical strengths, and core product lines, with a particular emphasis on our R&D capabilities and manufacturing prowess in the field of wear-resistant materials. The client expressed high appreciation for the performance of products supplied by our company, including crusher hammers, grate bars, mill end liners, and preheater hanging plates, specifically praising the excellent quality of our hammers and timely delivery, and affirming their satisfaction with our service level.

Building on this solid foundation of cooperation and positive feedback, the client clearly indicated their intention to expand collaboration, particularly in the area of ball mill liners and grinding balls. The cement plant currently operates four ball mills, including two raw mills and two cement mills, and showed strong interest in our liner and grinding ball products.

In response to the client's needs, Gloria highly recommended our Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) grinding balls. This product offers comparable high hardness and wear resistance to high-chromium balls, but with better cost-effectiveness, delivering significant overall value, and a breakage rate of less than 1%, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The client showed great interest in this proposal and initially agreed to a trial order of 60 tons. Upon verifying the practical results, they will actively proceed with plans for large-volume procurement.

This meeting further strengthened the mutually trusting partnership between the two parties and laid a solid foundation for exploring broader market opportunities in the future.
