The Joys and Gains of the 2025 ZhiLi Company Team Building in Yunnan

During this scorching summer, company leaders organized a team-building event for us to reward everyone's hard work this year. Yunnan, a beautiful region rich in diverse cultures, was chosen as the location for this event. Our new factory building is conveniently located nearby. The weather was still relatively cool, making it ideal for team building.

We first visited the factory and learned about the many new equipment and production lines. The workers carefully explained the functions of these machines and the production processes. Our product range is constantly expanding. Our products include accessories for the entire cement production equipment, including common crusher hammers and blow bars, grinding mill liners, and heat-resistant steel parts for rotary kilns.

After the tour and learning, we went on a trip to see Erhai Lake, explore the ancient city of Dali, climb Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and sample Yunnan's unique cuisine. The southern part of Yunnan, a land steeped in poetry and romance, attracts countless visitors with its stunning natural scenery, rich history, and enticing culinary delights. In this magical land, the shimmering waters of Erhai Lake, the quaint elegance of Dali Ancient City, and the majestic majesty of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain complement each other. Combined with the unique flavors of Yunnan cuisine, they create an unforgettable journey. Despite our tight schedule, we were still able to savor a wealth of delicious dishes. The sweet and savory Posu Baba were mouthwatering, steaming hot from the oven, with a crispy exterior and a tender filling. The Ersi (rice vermicelli) with various toppings was incredibly flavorful and left a lasting impression. The wild mushroom hotpot is a must-try. The mushrooms, such as the jianshouqing (shouqing), must be cooked thoroughly; their delicious flavor will instantly captivate you. Freshly baked flower cakes, priced at 1 yuan each, are overflowing with rose filling and overflowing with floral fragrance. Led by our colleagues from Yunnan, we all had a blast. We not only relaxed, enjoyed the beautiful scenery, but also enjoyed an unparalleled feast of delicious food.

This team-building activity has filled us with hope for the company's future. With the completion of the new factory, we are all working together to make the company bigger and stronger.
